Verizon Failed January Update

Trying to update my S23 Ultra with the most recent update but it keeps failing. I have a locked Verizon phone. Everytime I try to update, it's super slow and eventually fails giving my "Error Code: 407". I tried clearing cache, clearing data, restarting my phone, using Smart Switch, switching between wifi and data, switching between different wifi networks. I have enough space on my phone (300gb free). If I knew what the error code meant, I could diagnose further. Google hasn't been helpful. Samsung support hasn't been helpful. They are telling me to manually flash my device but I wanna leave that as a last resort. Any suggestions?

When this happened to me, the first time I called Verizon, the person I talked to had me reset my network settings to see if that would fix the issue and speed things up. It didn't, so he told me this would be escalated. He then said they would probably have to replace my whole phone. He had someone scheduled to call me back Wednesday at 12 p.m. EST. They didn't know what to do, and she sent me to another department. That department said it was happening with her Samsung as well and that there was no need to have Asurion send me a replacement phone. Okay, great, if you want to send me a replacement phone, Asurion can finish paying off my S23 Ultra. I called yesterday; the person didn't have a clue when they would have answers as to when it would be fixed. This person asked for the error codes, and I told her they were Error Code 405, Error Code 412, and Error Code 407. She told me that I had all the error codes, still not sure if I should try updating my phone again.

Ya alot of ppl are especially on Verizon I've tried literally everything from restarting it using different wifis using no wi-fi and nothing works

Yes. I have tried everything and will not update. On Verizon.

I had the same problem as Verizon user....used smart switch with computer and installed the update 👍

Attempted to update s23 ultra just now with no luck. Error code 500.

Thanks I am on verizon also thought it was my phone acting crazy
