What happened to the separate themes app?

What happened to the separate themes app? I liked it because it gave you a bigger preview without clicking into the theme. Please bring it back.

Device settings>themes

Long press your home screen and tap the themes icon

In the themes app you can go in settings and add galaxy themes icon if you want it located in your apps section.
