What is this app QTR for?

Lately I got a message from norton 360 which is a anti virus telling me that I had a app that had a malware but it was called QTR and I never installed it and for no reason I can't find it in my apps so can someone tell me what this app is and if it's safe?

Anyways, iphone has a shutoff mechanism if it gets too hot. Ive never had a problem with them.... ill leave mine in the sun today and see if it blows up.
