Will "Dropship" be available for everyone?

Do anyone know when this will be available for everyone. It's a app I found on my phone it's supposed to be similar to Apple

Dropship is only for South Korea we have Quick Share

Yeah you can remove it normally it can only be downloaded from the web so I don't know how it got installed on your phone its part of Goodlock

I switched to tmobile, from Verizon, and a bunch of stuff got put on my phone.

Strange I've never seen in on a phone other than in Korea
