Does anybody know if Samsung plans to add functionality to the Windows version of the SmartThings app? It would be really nice if you could use a PC and the smartphone app. Sometimes it is just easier to us a PC for things.
What, exactly, are you referring to? The Windows version of Smart Switch enables you to back up your device to your Windows computer - your entire device, including messages, texts, documents and photos - things that automatic phone back up does not. Smart *Things* controls your smart home devices, and I am not quite sure there is a Windows version of that unless it's on the Samsung laptops.
