Samsung Apps and Services@sson VideoScan is part of the OS. If you go into phone settings -> Apps and enable system apps you will see it.

Samsung Apps and ServicesIt may be a system app, but what does it do? I have never seen it show up in my battery usage stats. Is it part of the app protection that scans videos for malware? I don't have videos and I have my own protection app for the phone.
