For some reason the Galaxy Tab A9+ won't complete and keep a bluetooth connection to my Lenovo laptop that runs Windows 11 Home. I receive the pairing message on both devices and select OK. A connected message is displayed for about 10 seconds. After that a disconnect message is displayed for the tablet from the laptop. And on a related note, the tablet doesn't make a bluetooth connection to my Apple iPhone 15 device either.

On second thought, I don't need to make the bluetooth connection between the tablet and laptops after all. Since the reason I thought I needed to do this was for the purposes of transferring files wirelessly. I discovered I can make a successful "network storage" connections between the tablet and my networked PCs.

Still, something appears to be blocking bluetooth connections between Samsung and non-Samsung devices. Is it the devices hardware or divers is the question. As a test, I turned on my retired Samsung Galaxy A52 5G and it made a successful "paired" bluetooth connection.

What may be blocking the transfers is auto block.  Go to settings/security and privacy and turn it off when you intend to transfer files

I have finally found the answer to the BT file transfer process on YT. One key was isolating the wireless connections on each device (tablet and laptop) to just using BT. Enabling Airplane mode accomplished that. I paired the devices. What was confusing, on the laptop, the tablet displayed "not connected" in the BT settings from Windows 11. Weird but I moved on.

File transfer from Windows 11: selected a file, send to BT device, select tablet, click ok. Done!

File transfer from tablet: setup Windows 11 to receive file(s), on tablet select file, share with BT, select laptop, sent, on Windows 11 select folder, save. Done!

Observation: Android/Windows works. iOS (iPhone 15)/Windows didn't work. After doing through this, I discovered network file sharing (over wifi) is better.
