I got a Bamboo Ink Plus Stylus pen to use on my Samsung Galaxy Tab A7, but it is having difficulty with connecting to Bluetooth. It connects but then disconnects after a few seconds and its really freaking me out because I got it to use on this device. My pen works on my computer without needing to Bluetooth, which is why I assumed it would work on my tablet. Does it work on here and if so what can I do to fix it? Thank you!
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee compatibility with third party devices. Only tablets that came with S Pens will have full functionality. Tablets that weren't made for the S Pen can only use a capacitive touch pen without smart features.
