My new Galaxy A9+ upgraded today and now despite fast charge, is only charging about 5 percent per half hour. Basically the upgrade ruined my device by making impossible to use while I wait all day and night to charge.
This is unacceptable. I tried the battery setting changes mentioned online, but they had no impact.
