TabletsGood day,
I operate my Galaxy Tab Active3 SM-T575 almost exclusively in "no battery mode", i.e. battery removed and power supply via the supplied power adapter. Ran flawlessly with no problems.
A few days ago I installed the last software update (Android 12, One-UI 4.1). Since then there have only been problems.
When I open an app or switch from one app to another when Wi-Fi is on, the following happens:
- the WiFi turns off and then on again after a few seconds or
- the WiFi turns off and stays off; must then be switched on again manually or
- the tablet crashes and reboots again (in most cases).
Unfortunately, this is not a condition in which proper work is possible.
I have already reset to factory settings and also deleted the cache partition in the recovery menu. Without success!
Does anyone know the problem?

Let's try to alleviate some of the stress by trying this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01001559/ If this does not help I recommend letting a service technician have a look. As we would like to gather additional information and look at this from a case by case basis please provide the full model code and serial number of the device as well as your best contact phone number, name, and email.
