The keyboard issue that involves it randomly doing multiple keystrokes as well as the on-screen keyboard popping up due to the keyboard disconnecting is a big issue involving the Galaxy tab S9 ultra keyboard covers. It's not a bug! I had to have mine exchanged 3 separate times before I was able to get one that worked perfectly. A lot of people originally thought it was a software bug/glitch but it turned out to be a manufacturing defect.
