Galaxy tab s9 ultra Screen damage

I noticed a small spot on the edge of my tablets screen that was white? Is this screen burn? And is it covered under warranty?

When the screen is on, it is not as noticeable unless view at an angle. 

My tablet is usually on my desk when not in use with nothing big or heavy to fall on it.
