I CANT SEEM TO GET A LOCAL SERVICE CENTER OR ANY CENTER ON SAMSUNG SITES TO REPAIR MY 1 MONTH OLD GALAXY A9+. WHEN I TXT SUPPORT WITH MY PROBLEM THEY SAID GO TO REPAIR SITE FOR INFO...NO HELP FOR TABS THERE.**MY PROBLEM IS MY TAB SHUT DOWN WHILE WATCHING A YOUTUBE VID. I THOUGHT I MISSED THE LOW BATTERY NOTICE BUT WHEN I PLUG IT INTO MY SAMSUNG GALXAY CHARGER NO CHARGING NUMBERS SHOW UP, JUST THE LIGHTING BOLT WITH NO COLOR OR MOVEMMENT. I TRIED A FACTORY RESET ALSO WITH A USB CABLE INTO MY COMPUTERS 3.0 USB PORT AS PER YOUTUBE VIDS BUT NOTHING...ANY HELP??
