Math Helper?

On the s10 product page it says "Math helper not available at launch; available via software update by 12/31/24" on https://www.samsung.com/us/tablets/galaxy-tab-s10/

Write Samsung through Feedback so that they can look at the logs and see why the update was not received on your end.

Didn’t you ask this 1 weeks ago and I said it was highly unlikely since the tablets are on a 3 month update schedule and we just got an update on the tablets. I expect it will show up in the February update.

No it will be in with a Major update since it’s a AI feature I believe

Isn't the entire s10 series out of product service agreement? Meaning that they don't get any more updates. Not even security updates. I gave of up s10+ 1TB for the s23 Ultra for this reason.
