Phone calls with Tab A7

How can I get my Tab A7 to answer & make calls? Mobile phone is ANDROID TCL 10L.  In case it matters, my Tab A7 works fine for texting

Good afternoon, I will be happy to assist you today.  For call and text on other devices to function correctly, both devices need to support the feature, and the Samsung account must be loaded on both devices. Also, whoever your cellular carrier is must support this as well.
