TabletsTry a soft reset by pressing and holding down the Power and volume down buttons until it reboots.
Submit an error report to Samsung. Reproduce the issue and then open the Samsung Members app, click on Support (Lower right)->Feedback->Send Error Report, Remember to check on "Send System Data Log"
Also, contact the web owner and submit a bug report.
