Samsung galaxy tab s9+ cant download

Need help, please! the Download and Install button is greyed out, and did not find any issue in Safe mode to fix the problem.A Factory reset will be the last option, if no other fix is available. Also, wiping the cache partition didn't help either. Thanks in advance

That's strange it shouldn't be grayed out is it a 5g model

It's a wifi model, it was working upon initial setup and allowed me to download and install the UI 6.1 update... next day, it went grey

Due to the fact that the tablet is scheduled to receive quarterly updates, and the April SMR was installed last week along with the UI 6.1, I'm guessing Samsung has, by default, greyed out the Download and Install button as well as the Auto update button
