Go to purchase list and copy serial number and reported as a stolen in website that allows you to report stolen devices, also let samsung customer service know because they can know who is using it or at least locked it until the one who has it talk to them or call them.

ATT can and will contact Samsung and report it stolen once you notify them; Samsung will brick the unit.

I should have asked that. Do what this person said. Call att, and they will put it on the lost/stolen list, which will make it unusable on any wireless network. Att will probably call samsung (if you reach a rep that's feeling like doing their job) and samsung will brick the device. And att will probably tell you that if you file a police report, they will possibly be able to cancel the installments because it's within 14 days of purchase. Good luck, but tbh I hope you choose to got the insurance
