Tab S10 Plus Nov Update

Hi, I just received my Galaxy Tab S10 plus wifi. It says that it is updated. However, it has not received the November update. Google play system update and one UI home are not at the latest version even though it says it's updated. I am in the US. Trying to figure out why it's not fully updated. Any suggestions?

I tried that, and the dark mode setting is still not there. I remember when I got my Tab S8 Plus a few years ago, I had the same issue for the first four or five days, and then it automatically went to dark mode. Oddly, there isn't a dark mode setting for the Facebook app on the Tab S8 Plus either. I could go into developer mode and force dark mode, but I don't want to mess up other apps.

This is what I have on the Galaxy Tab S10 Plus. I uninstalled and reinstalled it. Logged out and logged back in again too.

This is a screenshot of my current Tab S8+, which I am trading in. You can see it's in dark mode, but there isn't a dedicated dark mode setting. It seems to be adapting to the system-wide dark mode setting on the tablet. This is what I can't figure out. On my S24+ phone, there is a dark mode setting to toggle on and off.

I can't figure it out. I didn't do a screenshot of the complete menu. I only sent the part where dark mode setting should be, I think. I barely had this tablet set up for 48 hours so maybe it just needs some time to get itself together!

What version do you have I have 491.0.0.58.78 plus do you have to Main Facebook app or the Facebook Lite app

I went back one step to try to match the same screenshot you sent me, where you see dark mode on yours, mine doesn't.
