Tablet s5e often switches to grayscale, sometimes soon after boot.
I can only restore color by rebooting.
On my S23 phone, I found a Color Inversion setting that switches between color and grayscale, but I see no such setting on my tablet.
The tablet is nearly three years old, and this problem is new, maybe due to a bug in a software update.
Is there a setting to prevent this color mode switching?

Solved: The issue was "Bedtime Mode" under Settings .. Digital Wellbeing. Switch it Off to remove night hours grayscale.
