I purchased my tablet a year ago and like it so much that I bought the same one for my Dad. I set up Facebook Messenger so we could video chat. Works fine on my end, but his microphone doesn't work, even though we gave it permission to record audio. Tried using the camera to take a video clip, and the microphone worked fine. Then tried Voice Recorder, but it didn't work. We both have the most current software update. Any suggestions?
