So I received a standard Samsung Tab A7 Lite for the TV and new panel but there are no special apps on it no nothing it's just a standard tablet? Does anyone have any suggestions?
Contact tv and you support it should have loaded a specific app once completely signed into it. If you followed the steps correctly on the paper that came with it. support@tvandyou.tv

Your welcome they are normally pretty fast to respond within a day every time I've had to message them, but I haven't had may issue with my 2 tablets.
