I have a Galaxy Tab s2, the model number is SM-T813, and it has the Android version 7.0 installed, when I use an adapter and connect my USB mouse or keyboard, they are not detected by the Tablet and I can not use them, I am able to use my Bluetooth keyboard, but I want to use the USB keyboard since it is bigger and more comfortable.
I am able to use my USB mouse and keyboard on my Samsung phone with an adapter, my phone is a Galaxy A11, the model number is SM-A115M and it has the Android version 12.
What can I do, is there an app that I can download and solve this issue?
