What is the difference between modes and routines and routines+ ?

With the one UI 5 update I got modes and routines, but on Good Lock I saw another one called routines+. What exactly is the difference?

You get a little more options in Modes and Routines after installing Routine+. Also, Routines+ allows you to import and export routines.
