Why does my Tab S8 have more recent updates than my wife's S9+?

I have the February security update and the March GPSU, but her security update is stuck on November. That doesn't seem right.

Does anyone know why the newer device has the older patch? Is this happening to anyone else?

Could be Samsung has not released an update for that tablet yet.

Samsung updates the most expensive phones first, then work downward . Sometimes the order of updating gets moved around on the lesser expensive devices.

I suggest you download Samsung Smart Switch and Samsung USB drivers and install them on your pc. Next start, Samsung Smart Switch and connect your phone to your pc by USB 3 cable and then check for updates in Samsung Smart Switch. If there is any, the update will be downloaded and installed in the tablet.

I have used Smart Switch to update my phone, and it works well. It's more reliable than FOTA.
