Airdresser shows Error 4C3 during descaling

We started the descaling process and about 30min into the descaling we see "Error 4C3 please contact technician center". 

Is there something we can do?

the error code you've provided it indicates the water supply from the steam chamber is malfunctioning and service will be required.
