Can't connect Washer to SmartThings anymore

Hi, I've been dealing with a frustrating issue for about 2 months. My Samsung washer randomly stopped showing up on SmartThings and I've been trying everything possible to add it back and it won't work. I keep getting to the last step where it's loading to add the washer, but it ends up giving me different error codes. 
The error that pops up the most is about a network issue. But keep in mind that I have the dryer right next to it which is still connected to SmartThings with no issue. So I feel like if it was really a network/wifi issue, my dryer would disconnect too. 
I've contacted Samsung support but they weren't helpful and said they can't help me after trying all the steps I've already tried. Please help!!!

We have the same issue.  New Dryer seamlessly connected to Smart Things.  The Washer is another matter.  Instead of connecting to our WIFI , it pushes to [washer]_e3 with a password.  I can't join that network, nor our home network.  We've unplugged and replugged the washer.    Did you find a solution?

I was able to fix the problem eventually. I completely removed the washer and dryer from my wifi network, deleted the SmartThings app again, cleared all cache, reset my network settings on my mesh router, re-downloaded SmartThings, then re-added the washer then the dryer. It kept showing that the issue was with my network. But I believe the SmartThings app was the problem
