We purchased a Samsung washer and dryer from Home Depot about 6 years ago.. Over the last 2 years I have noticed a bit of rust around the bleach dispener.. This has only greown progressively worse over the last year and now the unit is falling apart into our clothes.. This is completely unacceptable for something that costs so much money and is considered a high quality product. I replaced a QE model that lasted 20 years and it did not rust...ever... This seems like a manufacturing or engineering defect to me.. Will Samsung stand by their product or will they continue to try to get me to PAY for "servicing" the product myself.
