I have a Samsung heat pump dryer. How do I turn the sounds on? I turned them off, it was accidental and I don’t know how I did it. The light next to the alarm off indicator is lit. When I hold down the “Wrinkle Prevent” button for 3 seconds - the directions given in the book to turn the alarm off - nothing happens. Thank you!

If you have verified that the child lock is not engaged, and other buttons on your dryer are working, we would recommend service as the next step.
