Washers and DryersHello everyone! I got my Samsung dryer 8 month ago and now suddenly the heat is not working anymore. I want to mention that I don’t received any error code. I cleaned everything, I reset it and it’s still not working. Did anyone had this issue too?

Washers and DryersHi there, Thanks so much for posting about this. I can certainly understand the concern with a dryer that's not drying anymore. It sounds like you've already been through some of the troubleshooting steps we would recommend for this. Here is a link to our full guide on what to do if the dryer is not heating or drying.
https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01000999/
Once these steps are completed, if the dryer is still not heating, it will require service. There are a few options here we can take based on your warranty status.
If you’re in the one-year manufacturer’s warranty, please gather together the full model and serial number of your unit, and have ready your name, street address, 2 phone numbers (Best contact, alternative number), email, and place of purchase. Provide this information to an agent, in one of the following options below:
1.) Reach out to a Moderator directly, by selecting our name and the message option. When messaging please use a link to this thread in addition to the info above.
2.) Reach out to us on Facebook or Twitter. Please provide the same info as above, as well as the link to your thread.
3.) You can also contact 1-800-726-7864, if you’d like to speak with a live agent about this situation.
4.) Last, if you wish to speak with a live agent and don’t want to call in, you can reach out to our Live Chat team.
If you’re out of the one-year manufacturer’s warranty:
1. You can utilize this link to locate an authorized service center in your area to obtain estimates for repairs: http://www.Samsung.com/us/support/service/location or reach out to any local repair shop.
2. The other option, would be a replacement of the unit. Samsung.com offers amazing deals on different models that may be to your liking, check out those deals here: https://www.samsung.com/us/dryers/

Washers and DryersHello! We got dryer used from a family member, orig purchased in 2021 new from Home Depot. It’s worked great all year but not it’s not drying. The “cooling” light is on and the filter light flashes when you turn it on. We cleaned the vent line and tried unplugging and left for 5 min and policing back in, same issue. Any advise? Frustrating as it’s the day before Christmas!!

Washers and DryersHello and thank you for reaching out to our Samsung Community team. I am happy the dryer has found a new home with you and would love to assist you with this matter. Thank you so much for verifying the troubleshooting steps you've already performed on the dryer as I know this can be very frustrating.
I've located this resourceful article for further assistance with the dryer not drying properly here for review- https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01000999/#dryer-cycle-takes-too-long
I also understand you've tried the reset option however due to you stating the reset didn't work (and you tried all the troubleshooting steps mentioned in this article- https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00087942/), you shouldn't try to clear/ reset it again. At that point, it is recommended for a technician to diagnose and correct the issue. You can request the out of warranty service using this service link here- https://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/.
