Washers and DryersWe have a WV60M9900AV/A5 (6.0 . Ft. High-efficiency Flexwash Washer) that we purchased just over two years ago. This weekend while doing a load of laundry in the lower section the machine stopped and turned off (assume this is what happened, discovered in this state when I went to check on the load). The door was locked and the drum was full of water. Pressing the power button for the lower section did nothing although a minute or so later I do hear the chime the machine makes when it is turned off. The Top section of the washer turns on fine and shows now error codes.
I have manually drained the lower section of the washer. Unplugged the machine for an hour and plugged back in. No dice. Still can't get the bottom to turn on and can't get the door open!
