I purchased a washer and matching pedestal, and the metal brackets that connect the washer feet into the pedestal are missing from the packaging. It seems impossible to find these parts!!! Of course the unit is discontinued (which I didn't know before purchasing) making it even more difficult... any ideas? That's what I'm considering next. I'm wary of 3D printing something non-metal, in case it (best case) voids the warranty or (worst case) isn't strong enough to safely secure the unit. It's just a piece of stamped/cut metal with three holes and bends...
Keep in mind these pieces should already be attached and not in a separate little bag. You should unscrew them from the device itself then use to install 😉 if you still can find them and you bought it new even if it's discounted Samsung should be able to send you the parts and if not the Samsung parts store online usually has everything even hard to find stuff I have had to get things from them a few times and some how knock on wood they always were the only place that had what was needed 😊
I'm not missing the pieces that come attached to the pedestal - those are the plastic pedestal leg 'guides' where the washer's feet sit. What I'm missing are the screws and metal "bracket legs" that get shimmed into the plastic guide and secured with the screws, thus anchoring the feet of the washer into the pedestal.
