I have an upright samsung washer, model.. WA52M8650AV/A4
The tub makes a loud banging noise ONLY during the wash/agitation cycle .. almost like a dryer banging noise when there is a shoe in the dryer.
This noise is only during the wash cycle and NOT during the spin cycle.
When I open the washer and move the tub around, I hear the banging sound. It is not all the every time we wash clothes, but becoming more and more frequent.
I would think if it were the suspension arms it would also happen during the spin cycle as well, which it does not happen during the spin
Someone said to "unplug" the washer and that should fix it... that makes zero sense as to why that would stop a physical knocking sound when the tub is rocked side to side
