On my WW22K6800AW/A2, I'm performing the self clean, and it says to add liquid bleach to the main compartment, where detergent normally goes. I started pouring the bleach in, but it never filled up. It just kept taking it. Eventually, I just stopped after adding at least a cup or more.

Washers and DryersHello there. I definitely understand your questions regarding the self clean of the washer, and it will be my pleasure to assist. You do not have to use a cleaning agent when running the self clean cycle on the washer; however liquid bleach is recommended for any odor issues if present.
Please note: If you do decide to use the help of a cleaning agent, we strongly recommend for you to START the cycle immediately. We suggest never leaving any bleach in the washer as this can cause corrosion. The self-cleaning cycle may need to be completed again if this is your first time performing the maintenance since purchase, or you notice any residue in the washer's tub after the first cycle has ended. I've located these two very important articles I encourage you to review if needed for future reference here: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00030150/ and https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01110749/.
