I've seen this post come up as a subject back in 2018. I bought my Samsung back in 2020 and unfortunately this issue remains unresolved. My husband is ready to throw this washing machine out the back porch or take it to the dump. In order to complete a cycle I have to put a very light load in to get it to complete. So when I bought it I could complete a large load with no problems. Now that it is going on 5 years old the spin cycle will not work unless I remove half the load. I really wish Samsung could address this problem with future models.
