I have a flex wash, and the washer door gasket boot seal is falling. In other words, pieces from the gasket have separated from it. Therefore, during the spin model the washer to shake. We noticed this - when opening the door there was a burnt rubber smell to the washer or smoke smell. Is this a manufacturer defect? I purchased the washer in 2020. What is the cost to replace/repair the gasket boot seal?
