Washers and DryersPlease help. Our washer all the sudden won’t power on, we leave it unplugged then come back and sometimes it works for a while but it you don’t catch it before it cuts off on its own again, you have to try again. Wait and unplug and try and try to get it to Power Up. Help!!

Washers and DryersHello! I completely understand your concerns with the washer not turning on. I'll be more than delighted to assist you with this issue. Have you checked to see if the power cord could be damaged, you can check by inspecting the cord in the back just to see if any damages have been done. Also, have you had any recent power outages there?

If it doesn't resolve the unit will require service. If the unit is out of warranty you can use the following link to locate a local service center in the area to do the repair. http://www.samsung.com/us/
