A specific contact keeps getting added back after deleting it?

Hi. A contact has been added to my phone recently and I've deleted it once. The contact has came again. Have I been hacked?

You should be able to block the contact in phone dial pad settings block number

Is it a person, or something else? Some carriers add carrier specific contacts, which is why it comes back.
