A Series & Other MobileI understand how frustrating this is. Try clearing the cache partition of the phone. This will clear any corrupt files without deleting your data.
- Turn off the device.
- Press and hold the Volume Up key, then press and hold the Power key.
- When you see Samsung Galaxy A11, release the Power key but continue holding the Volume Up key.
- When you see the Android Recovery screen, release the Volume Up key.
- Press the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.
- Press Power key to select.
- Press the Volume down key to highlight yes, them and press the Power key to select.
- When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
- Press the Power key to restart the device.
If the battery is still draining and the phone is still getting hot, try testing the phone in Safe Mode. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062983/
If these steps do not resolve your concern, the final troubleshooting step would be to do a complete backup and factory reset of the phone. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062029/
Finally, if all troubleshooting is unsuccessful, it is recommended the phone be evaluated by a certified technician. For service options, please reach out to us via one of the following options: 1.
