A11 will not receive group text since leaving AT&T, received as downloads that will not open

My a11 won't receive group texts since I left ATT, come in as downloads and won't open.

Anyone have a clue on fix.

This may be due to your APN settings with whatever carrier your on now, (if different than AT&T.) If you are on a different carrier, visit the carrier store to get help with APN settings.
