Hi jaxclay, welcome to the Community, and thank you for reaching out in regards to your A14 being stuck in Headphone Mode. We can try several steps of troubleshooting.

First, try sticking the headphone plug into the jack, gently. Then, gently rotate the plug inside the jack, then remove the plug.

Second, check for dirt and debris inside the jack, and clean it if present. A q-tip will work, being inserted and rotated, then pulled out, all gently.

Third, try restarting the device. If after the restart the device is still in Headphone Mode, you can see if a third-party application is responsible for the behavior, using this guide: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062983/

Fourth, if it is in Headphone Mode even while in Safe Mode, it may be time to try a factory reset. Since this will wipe your device of all data and files currently on it, like a fresh start, it is recommended to back everything up, and follow the guide carefully: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062029/

Lastly, if the troubleshooting is not helpful, the phone will need to be evaluated by a certified technician. For service in the U.S., you can take the phone to a local U.S. walk-in service location https://www.ubreakifix.com/samsung or to ship the phone in for service, please reach out to us via one of the following options: 1.
