A Series & Other MobileI have an A25 this is prehaps the worst cell phone I've ever owned. I we t fro. A 5g Stylo to this because it was a special when i switched cell companies wish I never did it. Anyone else feel the same?

A Series & Other MobileFrom xfinity. This locked me into a phone deal. But the phones keep breaking, An xfinity will do nothing about it, Whatever money I saved switching to xfinity.I'm losing in repair cost to the A 25. I have one broke at the house right now.That I can't afford to repair, And Xfinity you will not help.

A Series & Other MobileYes, I recently "upgraded" to A25, its a nice phone except as a phone. The signal strength is terrible, inside my car or house it can barely keep LTE much less 5G signal. My previous phone had NO problems.
Going to replace this as soon as I have time to configure a new phone.

A Series & Other MobileTotally. Mine has a lot of issues as well.
Sometimes, the screen won't react when I click on certain part of it.
Even unlocking the screen can be complicated (the first swipe up required)
I'm not even a heavy user. Mainly Youtube, Whatsapp, Gmail, calls, sms.
Youtube is the buggiest : the video's won't load, you can't scroll through comments, videos proposition won't load either
Whatsapp : if you're looking for a gift, you better hold your breath.
I used to write my message with my voice on my 2017 phone. Here, it does't even work.
Calling and sms is fine though.
Other apps don't work as well either. I believe it's due to the exynos.
I got it for half price but I still think it's too much to put up with all this mess.

A Series & Other MobileHonestly, this phone should be recalled, and replaced with models that don't have these issues with signal/antenna and processors.
I am honestly at a loss as to how this could happen under the watch of such a large company.
They told me to take mine to a repair center too, and I may. But I might just go buy a Google pixel and cut out the middleman entirely.

A Series & Other MobileActually is good to finally see a forum about this phone. I've got 2 phones on march and it's been quite a journey 'cause the phone doesn't behave as expected. It is mostly part of the time freezed, slow, it can't even keep background processes and apps reboot instantly when I swift them. I noticed that stores are not selling anymore the version I got (128GB), only 256GB. Samsung seems to be unable to reply the tickets I opened in the past and to be honest, my old S6 Edge+ works better right now.
