Hello, Jus42dy, and welcome to the Community. I am sorry to hear your A53 is having Wi-Fi issues, and can understand the inconvenience. Thank you for telling us that you have tried a factory reset, as that is one of the steps to take when this behavior is present.

Have you tried Safe Mode to see if a third-party application may be responsible? You can use this guide here for Safe Mode: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062983/

If the connections still drop, or have no internet still, try resetting your network settings. The steps to do that are:
-Open the Settings app.
-Tap General Management.
-Tap Reset.
-Tap Reset Network Settings.
-Tap Reset Settings.
-Tap Reset Settings one more time to confirm.

If the troubleshooting is not helpful, check to make sure your service used to check your internet speeds is accurate, and the phone will need to be evaluated by a certified technician.

You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S.: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by calling customer support at 1-800-726-7864.

For service outside of the U.S., please use this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/common/visitlocationsite.html.

If your internet keeps dropping, the issue is most likely with your wireless connection, not the device itself. The main reasons for Wi-Fi connectivity issues include a weak Wi-Fi signal, a congested internet service provider (ISP) network or hardware issues.

My other phone Note20 Ultra has no o no issues. I have performed all troubleshooting including factory reset. There is an issue with new phones and IPV6. There are multiple threads with the S23 as well

Hello
Tried the safe mode and the network reset both. The phone has been this way out of the box.
