A Series & Other Mobile
I've been using DeX on the old, yet beast of a tablet, Galaxy Tab S4 for years now and I absolutely love it. I've had the A54 for about 5 months now and it has yet to disappoint save the lack of DeX๐ . Being mid-ranged and fully capable of handling it Samsung should definitely add the A54 to the DeX device list.

Dex has only ever been available on S and Z level devices. Probably not because other series aren't capable but to differentiate those series from mid and entry level series. The old saying To play you have to pay seems to apply here

I could accept that if a majority of DeX enabled device users actually utilized it, but considering how long it's been available and the number of users that don't even touch it... come on.

It's the $$. Samsung uses Dex and other software and hardware upgrades to make users buy premium level devices. I agree, most don't use Dex, but if you want to use it, you have to pay for it in the form of buying an upgraded device. It's part of their business model I assume

Unfortunately, I have to admit you're correct about that. Doesn't make it right (to be fair: what major business model doesn't $#ยก+ on the average consumer)
