A Series & Other MobileYou will have to contact AT&T. It is their app. Somewhere in the settings of the app is the "about" section, which should give you options to contact the development team. If it is not there, go to the app info in your apps list in the phone settings and see if there's a section titled "app details in store", and tap it and it should bring you to the app page where you can find app support contact information. Regular AT&T customer service knows nothing about the apps. Another thing, are you actually using AT&T's visual voicemail, or just a visual voicemail app that came loaded on your AT&T phone?

A Series & Other MobileOK, just checking as a lot of carriers do not have their own VVM app and use a generic one, as well as the fact that ordinary customer service reps know nothing about the app (if they even know it exists), so it's best to communicate directly with the development team.
