Adding Subject Line in Samsung Messages

Not finding how to activate and use the Subject Line in Samsung Messages on my Galaxy A15 5G device, model SM-156U, Hardware Version: REV1.0 (Purchased about 3 months ago). Please advise, and thank you.

If you minimize the text box and click the '+' adding a subject is one of the options.
