A Series & Other MobileHi there!
I've had similar issues with my Samsung device before, and here are a few troubleshooting steps that helped me:
Restart your phone and Bluetooth device: Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve connectivity issues.
Forget and re-pair your Bluetooth device: Go to Settings > Connections > Bluetooth, find your device in the list, and select "Forget". Then, pair your Bluetooth device again.
Check for software updates: Make sure your phone is running the latest software version. Go to Settings > Software update > Download and install.
Reset network settings: This can resolve many connectivity issues. Go to Settings > General management > Reset > Reset network settings.
Clear Bluetooth cache: Go to Settings > Apps > tap the three dots in the top right corner > Show system apps > Bluetooth > Storage > Clear cache.
Check for interference: Other wireless devices, Wi-Fi signals, or even physical obstacles can interfere with Bluetooth signals. Try moving to a different location or turning off other wireless devices.
If none of these steps work, there might be a hardware issue with your Bluetooth module, and you might need to contact Samsung support for further assistance.

A Series & Other MobileIt's absurd! 4 months that the bluetooth turns off in the middle of calls to my headphones or while I'm listening to music in the car.
A few days ago, desperate, I reformatted the phone without restoring any app or setting, you never know, and nothing... not even as a brand new the bluetooth works, always intermittent and doing by its own.
Should I change my phone?
Should I do a downgrade?
At least give instructions on how to do it!

A Series & Other MobileI'm having a problem with Bluetooth connection to my pc. Did, all the steps. Restarted multiple times. Also went into bios. Did many steps or different fixes. I got Samsung galaxy 24+Ultra to be visible then after it gives me a code to pair it pairs but refuses to connect. I've been trying to connect by Bluetooth for the new windows link I have Windows 11 pro

A Series & Other MobileWhat worked wasn't resetting or doing anything with Bluetooth. One thing Windows recommends is to turn off Windows Phone link and reconnect. That didn't work. What ultimately worked.
- First remove your device from Windows phone link.
- quit Windows link on pc. Uninstall updates on Samsung Galaxy S24Ultra
- Then pair even though it doesn't connect. My device didn't connect
- Relink your device to Windows Phone link
- Lastly trough the Windows Phone Link do the call setup, to connect Bluetooth.
It took several retries and I gave it a second and it finally connected. PC and Samsung couldn't for some reason connect to each other trough Bluetooth window. Found using Windows Phone Link to connect to calls, ultimately did the trick.

A Series & Other MobileMight of not been none of that. I put my Samsung on my PC and it connected, as soon as I moved it just a foot away it disconnected. Therefore, it might of just been a signal strength issue, getting an antenna will fix that. Nevertheless, I did have my Samsung close to the PC for many of the steps and it didn't work.
