Can't find saved Bitmoji's in my gallery

I have tried several times to save Bitmoji in my gallery, and the popup message says they have been saved successfully,  but they aren't there. They are nowhere in My Files either. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but that didn't work either. Any suggestions?

they are in your sticker pages on your keyboard, you have to go into settings, keybord, third party, toggle on Bitmogi

also turn on Mogitok, same avatar and stickers
you can also take screenahots

yeah I have that problem too I cannot save a bitmoji which means I cannot share it to Facebook or any place else unless I screenshot it. that's ridiculous where is my bitmoji album?
