I recently got a new Galaxy A15 and I keep getting unnecessary notifications that Device care is optimizing in the background. When I tried to disable the notifications, it won't let me toggle the switch even though it's lit (not grayed out).

Can anyone help me with this issue, please? Thank you kindly

Do you have notification categories enabled? If not, go to notifications/advanced settings/manage notification categories for each app. Then go back to the app settings, tap notification categories and toggle off all the notifications you don't want.

Thank you so much for this. I just spent an hour trying to figure out why I couldn't toggle the switch to just turn off notifications for this, and any time I use Youtube for more than an hour it has to send messages like "hey this app is using power, do you want to deep sleep it?" It was driving me insane
