Device Wellbeing showing zero screen time

My phone, Samsung M52 was inactive and switched off in India for 3 weeks after it had it's screen changed (at an authentic Samsung Service center). Now after shipping it to me in Nigeria, the screen time is constantly showing as zero for the past two days. How can i fix this? Pls assist me as this metric is really important for me.
